This is a little brag corner where it is OK and acceptable for me to brag about why I am the perfect keynote speaker for your event.
So, here we go:
7- Global Experience- I have lived in 3 continents in 5 different countries and worked with people of more than 90 different nationalities. I'm global in my approach and delivery and if you have an audience of different cultures, I'm confident I can be equally entertaining for them.
6- One of the Millennials- Most tech firms and startups have a heavy presence of generation Hunger Games a.k.a millennials. Being one of them, my message is easily relatable and agreeable by them. Apart from the commonality with the audience, the current marketplace has no place for old and traditional methods anyway. This is the era of disrupters; I'm one of them and so is my message.
5- Not a Speech But Creating an Experience- I'm a big fan of making my presence felt by creating an experience for my audiences. Combining 8 years of experience from university lecturing and corporate training, I know if there is one thing that keeps audiences from sleeping is interaction and engagement. Your audience won't take their eyes off the stage. OK may be few times but just to take notes or smile at a stranger. (wink)
4- Practical Tools- Every presentation of mine has specific action steps to be taken away. Apart from the philosophy of understanding the big picture, they will also be able to take something instantly implementable.
3- I'm a Storyteller- Who'd have thought huh? The skill my teachers hated most in me; my storytelling- could one day be put to such great use. As it turns out the world is a sucker for good stories except school teachers. :)
Fortunately, I tell stories with data, with people, with BIG DATA, my life experiences and MORE DATA (I guess the data thing sticks from the day one starts doing a PhD).
2- Bespoke Speeches- No keynote for senior managers will be the same as that for front line staff. Most importantly no two firms are similar hence my keynotes will be tailored specifically for your audience after you fill a 20 question nosy form :))
1- Meaning With Fun- There are two things the homosapien of the 21st century needs:
1- to make a difference in whatever they do and
2- to have fun while doing it.
Trust me, all employee engagement and talent retention boils down to just this. My keynote will deliver that meaning, the message that their creative intelligence and relentless desire to make a difference is the key to success. And they will have fun learning it because the focus is on them; it's everyone's favorite thing to focus on (themselves).
